Human37 is a certified Segment partner

Human37 is a Customer Data Agency based in Brussels. We help our clients be data-driven and customer-centric. Our purpose is to shape a world that provides better customer experiences for individuals, starting with the customers of our clients.

As an agency, we help our clients use data and technology to solve their business needs and ambitions. We bridge the gap between (1) business teams, meaning all the teams active on the customer journey: acquisition, retention, sales, customer support, product, etc. and (2) technical teams: IT, engineers, data, etc.

Starting from a strategical exercice, we help our clients identify and prioritize their business challenges and ambitions. We then take the mandate of designing, implementing and (co)operating their customer data infrastructure (or MarTech stack).

Great partner with expertise and

Frederik Lansoght · Teamleader ·

We worked with Human 37 to fine tune our tracking infrastructure. The expertise that Human 37 brought with them helped us make well considered decisions on how to implement tools and optimise our infrastructure a lot faster. They helped us integrate Segment, Google tag manager and Cookiebot and set up server side conversions for Ad platforms. Glenn and Amin are knowledgeable, professional, and were always very responsive to provide support whenever we needed it.

A very strong partner to leverage your customer data

Thibaut Knop · We Invest ·

Our experiences with Human37 have been exceptional. They provided strategic guidance, implementation support, and helped us build the foundations of our MarTech stack (incl Segmen). Human37's knowledgeable and accessible team exhibits a great mindset and collaborative approach. Their commitment to start with "why", focus on specific use cases, take an iterative approach and transfer knowledge make them an invaluable partner. We highly recommend Human37 to enable your customer data strategy.

Top-notch support in integrating Segment (CDP)

Christoph Karcher · QoQa Services SA ·

Human37 took us along the integration of Segment CDP following a very structured homework <> feedback approach. At each stage of the preparation, they involved the relevant internal stakeholders from business to developers. Precise 'to-do's' were handed-out to be done for the next round. Thanks to this participative approach we're now independent in using Segment on a daily basis. Glenn & his team were totally at ease to talk with business owners, front-end and back-end developers.

Knowledgeable, professional and great to work with!

Simon Hodgkinson · NAGRA Kudelski ·

We worked with Cedric and the team at Human37 on the implementation of Segment. They are knowledgeable, professional, and were always willing to provide support and guidance whenever we needed it. Their expertise helped us navigate the numerous complexities with ease, and we recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality partner for their own implementation.

A (data) dream team

Alexis Martial · Degroof Petercam ·

I'm not sure how we'd have done without Human37's help. I took part in a CDP implementation project in a very complex organization. Glenn provided the best guidance for us to choose the right solution. He also worked with our DPO to make sure all initiatives were GDPR compliant. If you need to leverage your customer's data, get some guidance from experts. Don't look further, the best ones are just right in front of you!
